Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Coordination Engineer (UAE National) to join the Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on coordinating between architectural, structural, and MEP groups, reviewing drawings for clashes, and preparing coordination drawings and logs for day-to-day project operations.

You will attend coordination meetings, manage minutes, and support shop drawing reviews while liaising with site teams to collect data and assist in constructing roads and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering drawings.
• Good English communication and organizational skills.
• Driving license is required.
• Computer Microsoft Software is required.
• AI knowledge is a preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Review drawings/models to identify clashes and issues.
• Prepare coordination drawings, logs, and reports.
• Attend coordination meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Support review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
• Coordinate with site teams to gather technical data and as-built information.
• Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in coordinating construction of roads and infrastructure works and associated items.
• Coordinate with Parsons design engineers for issue resolution.
• Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.
• Coordinate with contractor engineers on scheduling and resources.
• Convene and chair meetings with service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and others.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Participate in health and safety on site.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordination Engineer - Emirati National to join our team! In this role you will get to Project Coordination Engineer ( site) - Emirati to support the CS team in administering the operational functions of the day-to-day activities on the project with respect to enabling works & infrastructure works.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Assist in reviewing drawings/models to identify clashes and issues.
• Prepare and update coordination drawings, logs, and reports.
• Attend coordination meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Support review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
• Coordinate with site teams to gather technical data and as-built information. Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in coordinating the construction of roads and infrastructure works and associated items.
• Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues.
• Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.
• Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
• Convene and chair special meetings with the service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and other parties related to his work.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Act positively and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Senior Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives.
