Job summary

Confidential Company in Ras Al Khaimah UAE is seeking a Project Controls Senior Planner to lead planning and risk activities on large development programs. You will develop and validate schedules, perform critical path and delay analyses, manage Primavera P6 across multiple projects, and coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams.

This 12-month extendable contract requires about 6 years of experience, office-based work five days a week, and strong skills in CPM, EVM, TIA and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project controls or planning
• Experience with Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and EVM
• Ability to produce risk-based reporting
• Experience in Real Estate/Infrastructure domain preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and validate project schedules and baseline programmes
• Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis and recovery planning
• Manage Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects
• Support design, procurement and pre-construction planning phases
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and EOT assessments
• Monitor project progress and provide risk-based reporting to management
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal development teams
• Ensure alignment of project timelines with developer objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop review and validate project schedules and baseline programmes
• Perform critical path analysis delay analysis and recovery planning
• Manage Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects simultaneously
• Support design procurement and pre-construction planning phases
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis TIA and EOT assessments
