Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Project Control – Schedulers to develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control methodologies to ensure on-time and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
3. Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying potential delays, risks, and opportunities for schedule optimization.
4. Provide regular schedule updates, reports, and forecasts to project teams and senior management.
5. Integrate multiple project schedules into a master schedule, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all workstreams.
6. Utilize advanced scheduling tools and frameworks to support project planning, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
7. Support the development and implementation of project control processes and tools to improve scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
8. Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time project delivery.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or a related field.
• Project management experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Agile, Critical Path Method).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for resource planning and cost control.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in the oil & gas, construction, or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project control techniques.
• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
