Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting for ADNOC Offshore projects with strong modular experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in Oil & Gas/EPC, and proven delivery on offshore projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams to ensure compliant, accurate project control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project control activities for ADNOC Offshore projects.
• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules.
• Coordinate project planning and scheduling with multiple disciplines.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify delays and critical activities.
• Manage cost control activities including budget monitoring and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain project control reports and dashboards.
• Provide regular updates on schedule, cost and progress.
• Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders for progress data.
• Review schedules, progress measurements and performance data.
• Identify potential impacts and support recovery plans.
• Monitor modular fabrication, transportation and installation activities.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to support project control activities for ADNOC Offshore projects with strong modular experience. The candidate will manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, reporting and project control activities in accordance with approved procedures and project requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee project control activities for ADNOC Offshore projects.
• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate project planning and scheduling activities with engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, commissioning and other disciplines.
• Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules and identify delays, deviations and critical activities.
• Manage project cost control activities, including budget monitoring, commitments, expenditures and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain project control reports, progress reports, dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on schedule, cost and progress status.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders to obtain accurate progress information.
• Review and analyze project schedules, progress measurements and performance data.
• Identify potential schedule and cost impacts and support the development of recovery and mitigation plans.
• Monitor modular fabrication, transportation and installation activities in line with the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate project control activities related to modular construction and offshore execution.
• Ensure project control activities comply with approved procedures, project specifications and ADNOC requirements.
• Support project management with forecasting, planning and performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate project control records and documentation.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Oil & Gas / EPC experience, with strong project controls exposure.
• Proven experience as a Project Control Manager on major Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• ADNOC project experience, particularly ADNOC Offshore, preferred.
• Strong experience in modular construction and modular project execution.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Experience with major EPC projects and multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong understanding of project control procedures, baseline management, forecasting and progress measurement.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, offshore and commissioning teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with project teams, contractors and clients.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and project execution requirements.
• Candidates with ADNOC Offshore and modular project experience are preferred.
• Immediate availability / short notice preferred.
