Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Input of personnel timesheets into the electronic database system to meet the weekly and monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Billing support including raising of invoices.
  • Prepare Business Travel Approval form and maintain Business Travel register and support in Invoicing for this.
  • Maintain Intercompany billing register and do the profitability analysis.
  • Managing job register (Budget) and keep updating its approval status.
  • Check the coding and arithmetical accuracy of hours and data received.
  • Weekly finalise and get client approval for overtime for offshore personnel (allowances / excess days).
  • Accurate entry of standby and training into time writing database.
  • Managing project control documents and filing.
  • Assistance with preparation of monthly client invoices in accordance with contract commercial terms and conditions.
  • Prepare Personnel approval forms, get necessary approvals, and maintain the register.
  • General administrative support to the team.
