Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders at all project stages.
  • Track project performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Compile project reports and deliver presentations to upper management.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and challenges.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Promote a cohesive team environment and help resolve project conflicts as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • At least 2 3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management phases, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
