Project Associate

We are looking for a Project Associate, who will be responsible for the successful implementation of new tech and operational projects and managing other programs (including but not limited to internal and external applications and software), with complete scope of a forward compatible product. This involves the launching, coordinating, tracking, and scaling multiple projects. Your role will involve regular interaction, coordination, and managing other stakeholders and strategic partners.

In this role, you will:

• Define, execute, and communicate operational processes, standards, and best practices to deliver the projects
• Design, align teams, and communicate plans and objectives that align with the goals of the broader business while driving the project forward
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely rollout and execution of pilot projects
• Implement appropriate tracking to ensure the success of the project, including financial reporting
• Have a 90-day execution roadmap ready at any instance
• Maintain metrics, analyze data, and conduct periodic post-delivery meetings with stakeholders to assess performance and implement improvements
• Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring prompt action on their suggestions
• Align with business stakeholders where required to get feedback for efficiency and ensure that feedback is acted upon
• Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects
• Provide timely and accurate updates/information to relevant teams and senior management
• KPI and SLA management and tracking stakeholders and team members' performance
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends for automation and digitalization
• Work closely on internal and external software and application improvements and align with the business and the relevant team to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of business
• Ensure quick resolution of any and all issues and admin tickets raised on a live basis within departments

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategy/Quality Management or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience working in high-growth tech/e-commerce companies
• Project management knowledge and experience in delivering successful projects
• Experience in managing internal CRM and software development is preferred
• Product development knowledge is a plus
• Strong team player who has worked cross-functionally before to coordinate and meet deadlines
• High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and improve the operations of the business
