01st May, 2025Our client is seeking a Project Assistant Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across consulting, corporate PMO, tech & SaaS, business setup, and freezone industries. This role requires a versatile and detail-oriented individual who can manage project workflows, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support end-to-end project management processes, from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Monitor project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Leverage project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Experience working in Consulting (Big 4, Mid-tier), Corporate PMO, Tech & SaaS, Business Setup, or Freezone sectors.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with AI & Data Analytics, CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce), and automation tools.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or SQL.
