We're Hiring : Project and Program Manager - Turkish!

We are seeking a seasoned Project and Program Manager fluent in Turkish for our client to lead and manage our projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do :

Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies.

Implement project management best practices, frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).

Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while managing resources efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company strategy.

Monitor project performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments.

Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project / program management.

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.

Proficiency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is essential.

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile) are an advantage.
