This role involves liaising with clients and property developers, providing administrative support, and managing property listings. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Administration Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role will primarily involve acting as a full-time liaison between clients, property developers, and the Savills team, ensuring smooth communication and project execution. You will assist the project sales and off-plan residential teams with the setup and daily management of property listings; while also helping to organize exclusive events and property launches across the UAE. Although the position is mainly based in Dubai, occasional onsite presence at Development Sales Centres may be required to support key phases of projects.
