Job description

As a Program Manager, you will:

  1. Develop end-to-end business strategy, customer experience, and offerings for expansions, and drive initiatives to reduce cost to serve.
  2. Drive business process improvement and growth opportunities across multiple global teams and product lines, working closely with business operations and technical teams.
  3. Identify areas for automation, write business and functional requirements, and program manage automation initiatives, interacting with business operations and technical teams.
  4. Define, measure, and present metrics and reports to leadership teams.
  5. Engage effectively with customers to manage and resolve issues.
  6. Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with Product teams.

As part of the Retail Business Services (RBS) team, our vision is to enable Amazon to provide defect-free, best-in-class products to its customers. We aim to offer a seamless listing experience for our selling partners and the largest, best available selection with accurate product information for our customers. We ensure the best buying and post-buying experience by providing complete and correct information on product detail pages. To accelerate and excel, we leverage scalable tech solutions and expand our programs globally.

The MENA RBS team is seeking a Program Manager to lead our buying and post-buying experience initiatives, including a customer return reduction program.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3 years of program or project management experience
  • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • 3 years of experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
  • Experience in defining program requirements and using data to identify improvements
  • 3 years of experience in end-to-end delivery and reporting results to senior leadership
  • Stakeholder management experience with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL
