Job description

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities, with preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations, as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries, etc.)
  2. Setting up the network and Transportation configurations (NDC)
  3. Fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets
  4. Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes
  5. Undertaking cost and speed improvement projects
  6. Working with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment
  7. Being directly responsible for senior leadership reviews on these programs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of experience driving process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and scheduling
