Job description

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Launching new programs to accelerate speed (Dark Store, SSD, Direct customer deliveries, etc.)
  2. Setting up the network and transportation configurations (NDC)
  3. Developing fulfillment experience (FX) charters across all emerging markets
  4. Program managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes
  5. Undertaking cost and speed improvement projects
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to set up processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment
  7. Presenting program updates and results to senior leadership
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and utilizing data to identify improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management with multiple organizational levels
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and scheduling
