Overview

Amazon is rapidly expanding its presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. We are seeking a Program Manager to join the MENA Returns and Business Waste team. The role involves reducing customer order cancellations, rejects, and undelivered shipments through initiatives like network defect reduction and buyer abuse mitigation. You will be responsible for achieving Cost to Serve goals by minimizing financial losses from reverse logistics rejects and associated costs.

Responsibilities
  1. Own end-to-end metrics and program initiatives related to rejects, customer experience, and P&L impact.
  2. Identify opportunities, define solutions, secure leadership buy-in, and prioritize resources for programs.
  3. Lead new initiatives to reduce costs in the reverse logistics process.
  4. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation, Finance, Fulfillment Centers, and Tech teams to execute programs.
  5. Design and implement customer-centric solutions to minimize order cancellations and delivery issues.
  6. Influence teams to adopt changes based on quantitative and qualitative data, managing conflicting KPIs.
