This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Student Services, the Program Manager will support program operations, student and faculty support, and ensure quality delivery of the Executive MBA Dubai and the upcoming M.A. in International Business and Policy (IBP Dubai), offered jointly with the School of Foreign Service. Responsibilities include managing program activities, supporting off-site and international components, and enhancing student and faculty experiences.
Work Interactions
The Program Manager reports to the Director of Student Services and collaborates with the Dubai team, including Academic/Program Directors, and with offices on the Main Campus in Washington, D.C., such as the Dean’s Office, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs, Admissions, and Finance. The role involves regular communication with students, faculty, staff, external vendors, and service providers across different time zones. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Salary Range: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80. Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and university needs.
