This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Dubai. Reporting to the Director of Student Services, the Program Manager will support program operations, student and faculty support, and ensure quality delivery of the Executive MBA Dubai and the upcoming M.A. in International Business and Policy (IBP Dubai), offered jointly with the School of Foreign Service. Responsibilities include managing program activities, supporting off-site and international components, and enhancing student and faculty experiences.

  • Assist with program management tasks to meet academic goals.
  • Collaborate with Academic Directors to administer student surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor program quality, identify improvements, and help implement new systems.
  • Support the adoption of new technology tools for administration and student services.
  • Respond to student inquiries, guide on schedules, and address concerns.
  • Distribute learning resources to students.

Work Interactions

The Program Manager reports to the Director of Student Services and collaborates with the Dubai team, including Academic/Program Directors, and with offices on the Main Campus in Washington, D.C., such as the Dean’s Office, Graduate & Executive Degree Programs, Admissions, and Finance. The role involves regular communication with students, faculty, staff, external vendors, and service providers across different time zones. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or program management or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively with mid to senior-level executives and faculty, and to build strong relationships with students in Dubai
  • Proficiency with Canvas, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Google Suite
  • A fresh perspective and enthusiasm for operational efficiency and customer service
  • Familiarity with the Middle East region
  • Willingness to reside in Dubai or relocate at own expense

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education or customer-centric industries (e.g., hospitality, retail)
  • International experience
  • Experience delivering graduate, executive education, or corporate training

Work Mode Designation

Salary Range: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80. Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and university needs.
