Program Manager - Global Selling Expansion

Job Overview
As a Program Manager in Amazon s Global Selling business, you will coordinate with cross-regional recruitment and marketplace teams to scale the contribution of out-of-region sellers across MENA marketplaces. Your work will involve developing category-level strategies, improving seller experience, and optimizing international selection through data-driven planning and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers high visibility and impact across global teams and key Amazon categories.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute international seller strategies in coordination with category leaders and recruitment teams
* Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to support weekly/monthly business reviews
* Identify and resolve operational frictions affecting seller growth and selection availability
* Lead technical and automation projects to scale seller onboarding and listing performance
* Enhance seller satisfaction through better reporting, education, and onboarding resources
* Partner with stakeholders across global teams to improve processes and optimize customer experience
* Innovate new programs for intra-MENA trade and marketplace expansion opportunities
* Communicate results and initiatives to senior executives in MENA and global Amazon teams

Job Requirements

* 3+ years in program or project management
* Proven experience working with cross-functional tech and business teams
* Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL
* Bachelor s degree in a related field
* Demonstrated ability to define requirements and implement process improvements using KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing high-impact projects and presenting to leadership
* Familiarity with automation, reporting tools, and process optimization
* Stakeholder management across global teams
* Background in e-commerce or cross-border business operations
