The Role

Exciting Opportunity: Program Manager – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation project.

If you have a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership experience, this role is for you!

Duration: 12 Months + extendable contract

Experience: 11+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute EAM implementations & modernization projects across multiple sites.
• Drive digital transformation with AI-driven predictive maintenance, IoT-based asset tracking & Digital Twins.
• Align EAM strategy with business goals to maximize value creation.
• Manage stakeholders, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in energy & asset-heavy industries.

Ideal Profile

What We’re Looking For:

• 11–13 years of experience in EAM, IT & Operations.
• Expertise in IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle EAM, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in Program / Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP).
• Knowledge of IT-OT integration, ERP systems, and asset lifecycle management.
• You have working knowledge of program management, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, asset lifecycle management, EAM implementations, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, ERP systems, and IT-OT integration.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
