Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute EAM implementations & modernization projects across multiple sites
• Drive digital transformation with AI-driven predictive maintenance, IoT-based asset tracking & Digital Twins
• Align EAM strategy with business goals to maximize value creation
• Manage stakeholders, budgets, risks, and resources effectively
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in energy & asset-heavy industries

The Profile

What We’re Looking For :

• 11–13 years of experience in EAM, IT & Operations
• Expertise in IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle EAM, or similar platforms
• Strong background in Program / Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP)
• Knowledge of IT-OT integration, ERP systems, and asset lifecycle management
• Excellent leadership, change management & stakeholder engagement skills
• You have working knowledge of program manager, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, asset lifecycle management, Enterprise Asset Management, EAM implementations, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, ERP systems and IT-OT integration,
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
