We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing team based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Market Launch team, you'll lead and drive a new program we are launching in the market. You must share our passion for entrepreneurship and understand a founder’s journey—both its ups and downs. You should thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments that can sometimes be uncertain, challenging, and intense.

This role will be the key to a successful initiative, including various startup programs and events. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all activities, creating a positive experience for participants. You’re excited to join a talented, passionate team and play a key role in executing programs that drive innovation across sectors.

Your responsibilities will include program design, curriculum planning, mentor and startup recruitment, partner management, budget oversight, data tracking, community engagement, and building 500 Global’s local presence. You will interact daily with founders, mentors, and stakeholders. Experience in program management and familiarity with the early-stage venture ecosystem in the GCC/MENA region is preferred.

This is a 6-month contract role, with potential for extension.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the initiative end-to-end, including curriculum adaptation, program planning, budget management, marketing, and recruitment.
• Implement and ensure the successful delivery of the program, optimizing startup engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage partner and client relationships, along with administrative duties.
• Track program data and cohort information, creating reports for stakeholders.
• Lead all program preparation and execution, ensuring smooth operations.
• Drive community engagement through social events for founders and the local startup ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand awareness.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial institutions, startups, VC, technology, or consultancy sectors.
• 2+ years managing accelerator programs.
• Experience in project or program management.
• Existing relationships within the startup or investment ecosystem in Dubai, UAE, and the GCC/MENA regions.
• Proficiency with project management tools to enhance efficiency.
• Fluent in English and at least one regional language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial or founder experience.
• Experience working with startups, corporations, or government agencies, especially in innovation sectors.
• Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
