Overview
Looking for a Program Manager / Project Manager to be based out of Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities
- Program Management: Take full ownership over an upskilling / training program we are running with one of our clients
- Trainee Management: Ensure all registered trainees receive pre-training communication, show up on time, and remain engaged throughout the program.
- LMS & Platform Access: Provide trainees with access to our Learning Management System (LMS) and other necessary tools before training begins.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any logistical or technical issues during training, troubleshooting problems to ensure minimal disruption.
- Training Execution Support: Work closely with instructors, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of both online and offline training sessions.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather trainee feedback, monitor attendance and engagement, and provide reports to improve future training experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Preferred Experience: 5+ years in program management, or operations, ideally in corporate training or EdTech.
- Language: Fluency in Arabic is required, along with strong English communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple training sessions, and ensure smooth execution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
