Data-driven decision-making is integral, involving insights gathering, analysis, and presenting findings to senior teams.
The Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team focuses on improving the logistics experience through high-impact initiatives and technology solutions. Recent projects include expanding micromobility and electric vehicle deliveries. We leverage data to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Our team supports field operations, onboarding, and continuous improvement to ensure safety, effectiveness, and timely deliveries across Amazon's network.
