Key job responsibilities

A day in the life

Every day varies for a Programme Manager. You may work independently or collaboratively on projects at different stages, from development to delivery. Your day might include gathering data for a pilot, discussing resourcing plans, tracking project progress, or sharing updates with stakeholders. Data-driven decision-making is integral, involving insights gathering, analysis, and presenting findings to senior teams.

About the team

The Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team focuses on improving the logistics experience through high-impact initiatives and technology solutions. Recent projects include expanding micromobility and electric vehicle deliveries. We leverage data to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. Our team supports field operations, onboarding, and continuous improvement to ensure safety, effectiveness, and timely deliveries across Amazon's network.

Qualifications
  • A degree.
  • Relevant experience in programme management with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL.
