We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead a regional governance-focused initiative supporting philanthropy, family businesses, tech companies, and SMEs.

What We’re Not Looking For:

This is not a not-for-profit program management role. We’re not looking for general program delivery profiles — we’re looking for subject matter experts in governance who understand how the private sector operates, particularly in a GCC context.

What We Are Looking For:

• Deep expertise in governance frameworks and implementation
• Experience working with or advising family businesses, tech firms, SMEs, or philanthropic organisations
• Fluent in Arabic (written & spoken)
• Proven track record of managing stakeholders across the GCC
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fundraising experience is a strong advantage

This role involves leading thought leadership, building strategic partnerships, delivering high-impact governance programming, and engaging with senior stakeholders across the region.
