Program Manager

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing the Transportation configurations which will have a direct impact on promise and fulfillment. It will also include program managing the migration from legacy systems to the new systems as well as undertaking cost/speed improvement projects. The candidate will need to work with cross-functional/country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, and tech to set up the processes for maintaining the Configurations as well as driving improvements in existing fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
