The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a major digital platform implementation for one of our key clients in the UAE. This is a high-impact role that will oversee the development of a comprehensive solution covering everything from data lakes and pipelines to analytics, UI/UX, and digital twin technologies.

You’ll be working closely with a cross-functional team of specialists — including solution architects, data engineers, AI/ML experts, and designers — to make sure the program runs smoothly, stays on track, and delivers real value to the client.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the full delivery of a complex digital solution — planning, tracking, reporting, and making sure everything stays aligned with client expectations.
• Managing and coordinating a diverse delivery team across multiple technical areas.
• Working directly with senior client stakeholders to provide clear updates, manage risks, and keep communication open and productive.
• Overseeing timelines, identifying roadblocks early, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring the different parts of the platform — data, analytics, interface, and user experience — are well integrated and aligned.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex digital or technology solutions, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment.
• A consulting background
• Experience working with or implementing digital twin platforms or environmental management systems (like ArcGIS) is a bonus.
• Strong communication and planning skills — you’re comfortable working with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Someone who’s proactive, calm under pressure, and focused on delivery.
