We're Hiring: Programme Manager – Transformation Office
Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE
Contract: 12 months extendable
Role requires travel between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
A prestigious Abu Dhabi-based organization is launching a major transformation programme, comprising 20+ high-impact projects, and we're looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to join the Transformation Office and drive its success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Plan Management
- Develop and manage an integrated programme plan across 15+ projects
- Identify key risks, dependencies, and resource needs
- Continuously refine plans based on progress and feedback
- Transformation Office Setup
- Establish governance frameworks and meeting cadences (Board, Workstreams, Projects)
- Define reporting channels, templates, and facilitate collaboration across all stakeholders
- Progress Tracking & Reporting
- Track milestones vs targets and publish weekly status reports
- Maintain dashboards and a detailed programme cost tracker
- Highlight key risks, actions, and decisions
- Project Delivery Support
- Push and follow up on critical project actions
- Escalate and help resolve roadblocks
- Support supplier award and procurement processes
Role Requirements:
- Specialist PMO expert with PMP certification
- Proven experience managing complex transformation programmes with multiple workstreams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience across business units
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel dashboards)
- Able to connect the dots, prioritize by impact vs effort, and present to Board-level audiences
- Arabic language skills are a plus
