Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and business performance monitoring and reporting. In this critical role, you will help shape QuantumGate’s strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and foster impactful collaborations. This role combines strategic thinking and operational rigor to advance QuantumGate’s mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of QuantumGate’s strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching company goals and objectives.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on product pricing, positioning, marketing, and distribution strategies to effectively engage target customer segments.
• Commercial Assessment: Assess new product and business opportunities, leading the preparation of business plans to evaluate feasibility and potential impact on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Operational Management: Oversee and support daily venture operations, ensuring the prioritization and completion of key tasks and activities.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Lead company-wide initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve alignment and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and maintain a performance management system (e.g., OKRs) to track and report company and team performance against defined objectives.
• Content Development: Develop and structure high-impact materials such as corporate presentations, customer pitch decks, and proposals.
• Business Development & Partnerships: Support the Business Development and Product teams in identifying, building, and managing external partnerships to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
• Executive Engagement: Provide senior leadership with strategic updates, insights, and actionable recommendations on company initiatives and performance.
• Industry Representation: Represent QuantumGate at industry events and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader in cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, or a related field in the technology industry.
• Industry: Cybersecurity industry experience is mandatory
• Planning Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic, commercial, and go-to-market plans and initiatives.
• Project Management Skills: Deep expertise in project management, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partnership Management: Experience in partnership development and management.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing and empowering team members.
