Job summary

S&K HR Consulting is seeking an entrepreneurial Program Director / General Manager to own the membership and academy programme in the UAE, driving quality, performance and direction. You will develop curricula, schedule trainings, recruit and guide trainers and mentors, and ensure engaging member experiences while scaling delivery.

This hands-on leadership role requires 8–12+ years in education or professional development, with strong people leadership, operational discipline and commercial

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of relevant experience in education, training, academies or professional development.
• Experience managing training programmes, academies or learning platforms.
• Strong experience managing trainers, mentors, instructors or subject matter experts.
• Experience developing curricula, programmes and training calendars.
• Strong people-management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and operational skills.
• Commercial awareness with growth, engagement and retention.
• Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall quality and direction of the academy and membership programme; develop curricula across academies.
• Recruit, interview and approve trainers and mentors; coordinate academy leads.
• Monitor member engagement, attendance and satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Ensure smooth delivery of classes, workshops and mentoring; manage calendar and SOPs.
• Identify new programme opportunities; support growth, partnerships and retention.
• Lead the programme team; establish KPIs and regular performance reporting.
