Job summary

S&K HR Consulting's client is seeking an entrepreneurial Program Director / General Manager to own the membership and academy programme, oversee curriculum development, scheduling, trainer and mentor management, and drive member engagement in the UAE.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong programme management, people leadership, commercial awareness and operational discipline to scale the platform with the Founder.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of relevant experience in education, training, academies, or consulting.
• Experience managing training programmes, academies or learning platforms.
• Strong experience leading trainers, mentors, instructors or subject matter experts.
• Experience developing curricula and training calendars.
• Excellent organisational and operational skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall quality and direction of the academy and membership programme.
• Develop and improve training curricula across academies.
• Plan relevant classes, workshops and mentoring based on needs.
• Manage monthly training calendar.
• Recruit and onboard trainers and mentors.
• Coordinate Academy Lead Trainers and set delivery standards.
• Monitor engagement, attendance and learner feedback.
• Ensure smooth delivery of all classes and sessions.
• Identify growth opportunities and new partnerships.
• Lead the team and report performance to the Founder.
