Program Director

Liwa, Western Region, Abu Dhabi

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead and manage the overall program comprising all lots within scope for the LIWA project, ensuring the integration and alignment of all project activities with the strategic objectives of the EMPLOYER.
2. Establish program governance, ensuring adherence to project management standards, procedures, and frameworks.
3. Oversee coordination between SUPERVISION CONSULTANTS and DELIVERY CONTRACTORS, ensuring consistency and collaboration across all lots.
4. Conduct regular reviews of project progress, addressing high-level risks, issues, and deviations.
5. Ensure the program meets time, cost, quality, and safety targets while maintaining compliance with all contractual requirements.
6. Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving escalations.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

1. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of twenty (20+) years in execution of EPC contracts in the Water Utilities industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region.
2. 20+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including multi-lot or multi-phase EPC Contractor programs.
3. Proven leadership in program management with cross-functional teams.
4. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position for international major Water EPC projects (> US $1 Billion).
