The American University in the Emirates (AUE) invites applications from qualified Ph.D. holders for Full-Time Faculty positions at the Associate Professor and Full Professor levels. The successful candidate will teach in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Law, and Private International Law in English (Arabic where applicable).

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in Law from US or internationally accredited university.
• PhD must be completed by recruitment.
• Minimum of 18 graduate credits in the relevant field.
• Three Scopus-indexed articles or five articles in peer-reviewed law journals in the past five years.

• Deliver research- and practice-driven teaching in the specialization areas.
• Incorporate case-based learning, moot court, mock arbitration, and legal analysis exercises.
