Key requirements include:
Research Excellence: MD and PhD or PhD with strong publication record in high-impact journals, high h-index (at least 40 on Scopus), and significant citation count. Demonstrated innovation and global impact in research.
Grants and Funding: Proven ability to secure competitive research grants and lead collaborative projects.
Graduate Students’ Teaching and Supervision: Experience in teaching and mentoring graduate students, with evidence of student success.
Leadership: Leadership in research programs, international collaborations, and academic conferences.
Recognition: Awards, invited talks, and editorial roles showing peer recognition in the field.
Institutional and National Research Alignment: Alignment with the research goals of CMHS, UAEU, and national strategic priorities.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
