Job Description
UAE University (UAEU), in collaboration with the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS), is seeking top-tier researchers to advance innovative trends in healthcare and biomedical sciences. The focus is on addressing key health challenges through cutting-edge areas like stem cells, personalized medicine, AI in healthcare, and bioengineering. Successful candidates will have a strong research record, leadership experience, and a commitment to mentoring students and securing funding. This opportunity aims to drive transformative research aligned with UAEU's strategic goals and national health priorities.
Minimum Qualification

  1. Research Excellence: MD and PhD or PhD with strong publication record in high-impact journals, high h-index (at least 40 on Scopus), and significant citation count. Demonstrated innovation and global impact in research.
  2. Grants and Funding: Proven ability to secure competitive research grants and lead collaborative projects.
  3. Graduate Students Teaching and Supervision: Experience in teaching and mentoring graduate students, with evidence of student success.
  4. Leadership: Leadership in research programs, international collaborations, and academic conferences.
  5. Recognition: Awards, invited talks, and editorial roles showing peer recognition in the field.
  6. Institutional and National Research Alignment: Alignment with the research goals of CMHS, UAEU, and national strategic priorities.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.

Preferred Qualification
