Job Description

Join UAEU as the Prestigious ADNOC Engineering Chair of Energy. The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) are seeking a distinguished leader in clean energy research to serve as the ADNOC Engineering Chair of Energy at the College of Engineering in Al Ain, UAE.

About the Role

This prestigious endowed faculty position is dedicated to pioneering clean hydrogen production, carbon abatement, and next-generation energy technologies. The Chair will:

  1. Lead cutting-edge research with direct collaboration with ADNOC.
  2. Secure and manage high-impact research funding.
  3. Mentor Ph.D. and Master's students, shaping the next generation of energy innovators.
  4. Publish in top-tier journals and present at global conferences.
  5. Develop and teach advanced engineering courses.
  6. Strengthen the strategic partnership between UAEU and ADNOC.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. PhD in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  4. Strong industry collaboration experience, particularly in the energy sector.
