The Role

Aspen Technology seeks a Professional Services Project Director within the Professional Services Project Management Office in the Middle East (MENA) region. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of advanced technology projects to leading companies, with significant influence and visibility with clients.

Your Impact

• Strategically oversee, monitor, and manage projects.
• Deliver multiple software implementation projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Manage all project phases from initiation to closeout.
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and engineers involved in projects.
• Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and administrative requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through excellent delivery practices.
• Collaborate with R&D, Support, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Adjust project strategies as needed to stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

What You'll Need

• At least 14 years of project management leadership experience in IT initiatives.
• Experience in the process industry, preferably oil & gas or petrochemicals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different functions and locations.
• Experience working with international clients in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and India.

• Expertise in scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and procurement management.

• Industry-recognized Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies is a plus.
