Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking a finance-focused consultant to join our Strategy & Consulting practice. You will work with client teams to design and implement robust financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes using SAP/ORACLE and BI tools.

You will lead design sessions, translate requirements into technical solutions, and guide consolidation projects, including data conversion and testing. Travel flexibility is required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a consulting firm aligned to Financial Advisory.
• Excellent understanding of financial planning and budgeting, financial statements, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.
• Flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate sessions on application design and process design.
• Apply financial concepts to translate functional requirements into function/technical solution design.
• Design and develop application components/objects in one of the EPM technologies (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve application/functional process challenges; map complex processes into logical design components.
• Led consolidation-related work streams: consolidation process lead, testing lead, training lead, UAT lead.
• Assist with conversion and reconciliation of financial data for consolidations.
• Prepare key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and admin guides.

In this role you will:

• Assist with conversion and reconciliation of financial data for consolidations.
• Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• proven experience in a consulting firm aligned to Financial Advisory for clients
• Excellent understanding of financial planning and budgeting, financial statements, forecasting, and management reporting
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Design of detailed finance processes and managing the deployment of changes in these processes
• Bachelor’s degree in finance. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• knowledge of platforms (e.g. SAP, ORACLE), reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau), digital technologies (RPA, AI, ML) and how they can affect the finance operations
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must
• Flexibility to travel
