Job description

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients by implementing, customizing, and optimizing company solutions like thales , trellix , forescout , logrythm etc. This role bridges the gap between client needs and company products or services, ensuring successful deployments, client satisfaction, and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and define project objectives.
  • Deliver on-site or remote implementation, configuration, and integration of company solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance, best practices, and training to clients during and after deployment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop technical documentation, project plans, and client deliverables.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities such as scoping, proposal development, and solution demonstrations, when needed.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Support) to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated.
  • Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in [Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field].
  • [3–7] years of experience in consulting, implementation, or client-facing project roles.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with [relevant software/tools/platforms, e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud technologies].
