About The Role

As a Professional Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging hair care education, supporting clients through in-salon training and product knowledge, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Your mission is to elevate technical standards, build strong customer relationships, and support the commercial success of Madis hair care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Education
• Conduct theory and practical product trainings in line with brand protocols.
• Visit clients alongside Sales Representatives to assess training needs and deliver customized sessions.
• Host in-salon and academy demos, ensuring clear communication of brand value.
• Share all necessary training materials: presentations, tools, and updated content.
• Stay informed on industry trends, technical updates, and product improvements.
• In-Salon Support & Client Engagement
• Schedule and conduct regular technical visits, demos, and follow-ups.
• Offer personalized product guidance based on client business goals.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Collect feedback to enhance the overall training and brand experience.
• Collaboration with Sales & Internal Teams
• Provide technical support during client meetings and business development activities.
• Align training strategy with sales goals to maximize product adoption.
• Support events, launches, and campaigns across your territory.
• Identify challenges or opportunities and communicate them internally to drive business success.
• Branding & Merchandising
• Ensure proper in-salon merchandising and implementation of shelf planograms.
• Work with the marketing team on in-store branding improvements.
• Represent Madi International at industry events, launches, and trade shows when required.
