Job Description

• Perform detailing services for both the interior and exterior of vehicles, following customer instructions.
• Use specialized cleaners, waxes, and polishes to maintain and enhance the vehicle’s appearance.
• Apply ceramic coatings and PPF to protect the vehicle’s paintwork.
• Operate specialized cleaning tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with owners to understand their needs, establish timing, and set budgets.
• Promote and sell services and products to customers, including upselling detailing packages and products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid driving license
• Strong sales skills with the ability to build customer relationships and upsell services.
• Experience in car detailing, including waxing, polishing, ceramic coatings, and PPF application.
• Knowledge of and experience with specialized cleaning tools and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Additional skills in automotive care and maintenance are a plus.
