Job description

Contexte et environnement

Internal :

  • Production Engineer / Production Supervisor (Blending / bulk) / Production Technician (Blending / bulk).
  • Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor / QC Team / Packaging Engineer / HSSEQ team.

External :

  • Interaction with contract manpower suppliers, transport crew, especially with packaging materials transporters. Acts as the first site-level contact point to ensure company image.

Activités

  • Manage filling lines, oversee changeovers, control process, and direct the filling team. Ensure timely and technical execution of changeovers.
  • Monitor work areas for losses, recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSEQ guidelines, propose updates, participate in safety meetings, and train operators.
  • Prevent safety and quality incidents through vigilance.
  • Report to Production Engineer on productivity, manage operations in their absence, plan upcoming fillings, and coordinate resources.
  • Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on filling lines.
  • Manage packaging materials stock, assist in daily stock counts, and report variances.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections, report non-conformities, and ensure quality interlocks are operational.
  • Execute daily filling plans, optimize resource utilization, participate in commissioning new equipment, and maintain 5S & visual management.

HSSEQ Objectives :

  • Adhere to regulatory requirements, work permit system, and report incidents promptly.
  • Comply with HSSEQ policies, participate in audits, and ensure PPE use.
  • Contribute to KPI & EnPI targets, participate in incident investigations, and promote safety awareness.

Compliance Objectives :

  • Follow company compliance policies, report violations, and adhere to sanctions and export controls.

Knowledge :

  • Knowledge of lubricants filling process, HSSEQ systems, safety procedures, and machine operations including automation.

Skills :

  • Teamwork, supervisory skills, computer proficiency (MS Office, email), and proficiency in English.

Experience :

  • 3-5 years in lubricant filling, process, packaging, or similar manufacturing operations. Experience with contractual employees preferred. Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.

Education :
