Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves managing a team of production workers, coordinating production schedules, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
2. Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
3. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
4. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues and improve processes.
6. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and employee performance.
8. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing copper busbar factory.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
