Production Supervisor Job Location UAE Responsibilities Assist in planning and organizing shift employees to achieve daily production targets Monitor and enforce adherence to work instructions and procedures Support the production process for meat and seafood processing lines Increase employee morale and handle queries related to personal health matters accommodation and yearly leave requests Ensure personnel adhere to health and safety procedures at all times Monitor attendance and employee time management ensuring accurate weekly timesheets Participate in operational controls and compliance with HACCP audit and regulatory guidelines Produce quality products within agreed timeframes to meet customer service levels Coordinate with the Quality Team to investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions Work with the Maintenance Team to perform preventative maintenance on equipment and provide training to operators
