Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production activities in alignment with our quality management system and health safety & environment system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing daily production tasks, preparing weekly and monthly production plans, and maintaining production records to track progress.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce organization standards to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain daily and weekly checklists, schedule calibrations, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor critical supplies and consumables to support uninterrupted production processes.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety among employees.
• Investigate and record all reported unsafe actions, near misses, incidents, and accidents promptly.
• Verify that personal protective equipment is adequate, well-maintained, and suitable for job-specific hazards.
• Analyze and resolve work problems independently or assist team members in finding solutions.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in related industry.
• CDP plate manufacturing exposure will be an added advantage.
• Must have experience in Welding Industry.
• Diploma or Graduate degree is Mandatory.
• Must speak Hindi.
