Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Sharjah is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure steady flow of production lines, delivering right quality, quantity and on-time output in a food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in food production, knowledge of HACCP and GMP, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. You will supervise labor, sanitation, safety compliance, and drive improvements across facilities and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food production environment (≥4 years).
• Knowledge of HACCP / Food Safety.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure steady production flow across lines with right quality and timing.
• Manage labour resources and absence to optimize machine utilization.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance with SHEQ parameters.
• Investigate nonconformities and implement corrective actions.
• Develop improvements to facilities and procedures for safety, quality, efficiency.
• Oversee sanitation and train staff in cleaning frequencies and methods.
• Audit GMP practices and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Control movement of raw materials and finished goods on the shop floor.

Job description

• Ensure steady flow of production activities for all the lines to produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.
• Labour resourcing an absence management, Ensure optimal machine utilization.
• Utilize the staff and equipment in a manner which will not jeopardize safety or quality (compliance with SHEQ set parameters)
• Initiate, recommend, Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality. relocating tasks or rescheduling productions where necessary.
• Develop and recommend improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency,
• Overseas sanitation of facilities and ground as plant sanitarian, supervises & trains sanitation staff in frequency, and method of cleaning
• Audit GMP practices, recommend and implement action plans to correct deviations noted during work.
• Control the movement of raw material and the finished goods at the shop floor.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• At least four years’ experience in a food production environment.
