Job Summary:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing sandwich panels and insulation panels. Plan and optimize resources, maintain productivity, and implement cost-efficient strategies while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain safety and 5S standards in the production area.
2. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
3. Ensure optimum productivity with consistent product quality.
4. Optimize raw material usage and control costs.
5. Operate and maintain production machinery to minimize downtime.
6. Identify and implement new technologies and equipment improvements.
7. Develop and execute production schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sandwich/insulation panel production.
