Production Supervisor - Concrete Batching Plant

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Roles & Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of concrete production, including batching, mixing, and quality control, ensuring that production targets and schedules are met.
Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Coordinate routine maintenance and troubleshooting of batching plant equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production efficiency, quality metrics, and any incidents or issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete production or a related manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of concrete batching processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
Ability to work in a plant environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
