Job description

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant, including high-pressure injection, low-pressure injection, blasting, coating, and steel fabrication areas. Plans and executes work schedules across all stations to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and resource utilization. Coordinates manpower according to production priorities and deadlines. Monitors machine setups and processes to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Possesses strong expertise in thermoforming machinery and auxiliary equipment, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work Planning & Execution: Strategically plan and execute daily operations across all stations to meet production targets and deadlines.
2. Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor production processes to ensure adherence to SOPs, efficiency standards, and quality output.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of in-process and finished products, addressing non-conformities promptly.
4. Manpower Management: Allocate manpower effectively based on workload and priorities, ensuring optimal utilization.
5. Material Planning & Usage: Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to ensure timely raw material availability, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
6. Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products aligning with schedules and client requirements.
7. Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper PPE use and hazard reporting.
8. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports.
9. Team Leadership & Discipline: Foster a disciplined, collaborative, and professional work environment.
10. Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication with team members and management.
