Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in media production management.
• Ability to manage multiple productions concurrently.
• Strong financial accuracy and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage contracts, procurement, invoicing, and supplier payments.
• Prepare production budgets, cost reports, and master production schedules.
• Track expenses and production accounting in Oracle.
• Coordinate with department heads and clients from proposal to post‑production.
• Maintain thorough production documentation and archives.
