Job Summary

The Production Worker will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmaceutical manufacturing lines. This role involves operating machinery, handling raw materials, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment to ensure the consistent production of high-quality medicines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Operations: Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Batch Preparation: Assist in the preparation, weighing, and dispensing of raw materials for medicine manufacturing.
• Quality Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols at all times.
• Record Keeping: Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and related documentation.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of production areas and equipment to ensure a hygienic work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, quality control, and engineering teams to meet production targets and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GMP and SOPs in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work in shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
