• Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
• Monitor the workflow and implement process improvements to optimize productivity
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for various vehicle conversion builds
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering/design, and quality control departments
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, technical, and quality standards
• Train and evaluate staff to promote a skilled and motivated workforce
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards
• Prepare and present production reports and updates to senior management
