Job summary

Tanqeeb in United Arab Emirates, Dubai is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead the UCW glazing manufacturing process. You will develop schedules, optimize workflows, and ensure on-time delivery of custom and standard glazing units.

Apply your strong background in fenestration and UCW systems to mentor staff, drive safety and continuous improvement, and manage materials including glass, frames, sealants, and hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive production management experience in fenestration or glazing.
• Proven track record leading production teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Expertise in UCW glazing systems: fabrication, assembly and installation considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire UCW glazing production process from raw material intake to finished product dispatch.
• Develop and implement production schedules that optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and meet project deadlines for custom and standard glazing units.
• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement in glazing techniques.
• Control inventory of glass, frames, sealants, and hardware, implementing Just-In-Time (JIT) principles where applicable to reduce waste and holding costs.
